10 Feb Reconstructing Spinning Plates with Particles

Following last week’s visual score, I coded this piece of generative music using chords from Radiohead’s Like Spinning Plates.

To play, please use your keyboard and follow the instructions below:

1 Press any of these keys to play chords: “a”, “s”, “c”, “f”, “g”, “e”;

2 The chords add on top of one another, there is no going back;

3 The longer you press the keys before releasing, the heavier the particles become;

4 Move your mouse around the canvas to change the color of particles.
